Eating breath mints will fool the police/breath test Beer has less alcohol then liquor or wine Taking a cold shower will sober you up Physical activity will sober you up Only time will sober you up False! The breath test can not be fooled 12 oz. Beer, 4 oz. Wine & oz. Liquor all have the same alcohol content It may make you feel more awake, but has no effect on how fast you sober up
