6. Statistical Cooperation with Cards-countries – II.
Conclusions:
these programmes are good tool for development
successful cooperation
despite less developed IT background, progress was identified
deeper background knowledge is needed
the necessary human resource is not always available
very good cooperation is needed between the parties concerned
