Cassie likes Peas Cassie loves to scoop up peas Put in a picture of Cassie eating peas.
Peas are good for brain power. Put in a picture of Cassie pointing to her head.
Mommy and Daddy are so proud of Cassie. Cassie eats two things that are good for her body to make it stronger. Put in a picture of Cassie getting a hug from mom & dad.
Cassie likes to eat candy. Candy is full of sugar. Sugar can make people feel tired after they eat it. Put in a picture of Cassie sleeping.
Cassie likes to eat potato chips. Potato chips are cooked in grease which is fat. Fat can make people feel tired. Show another picture of Cassie sleeping.
Mommy and Daddy are sad. Mommy and Daddy are sad when Cassie is too tired to play. Take a picture of Mom and Dad looking sad at a sleeping Cassie.
Mommy & Daddy are proud of Cassie Mommy and Daddy are proud of Cassie when she takes one bite of a new food. Take a picture of Cassie taking a bite of something new …like broccoli. (it might be good to make a chart of new foods and let Cassie put smiley faces by the things she tried and liked, and a straight face by the things that were okay and a sad face by the things she didnt like.
When Cassie tries new foods…. Mommy and Daddy let Cassie choose what we fix for dinner. (Give her choices of what to cook- even if its a peanut butter and jelly sandwich the first night or so.) Show family eating dinner with Cassie pretending to be a chef with Moms apron on and holding a spoon and bowl.
