3 Stage 1 syntoms

4 Shingles causes a painful rash that may appear as a stripe of blisters on the trunk of the body. Pain can persist even after the rash is gone (this is called postherpetic neuralgia).

6 Early signs of shingles include tingling and localized pain
Early signs of shingles include tingling and localized pain. Most, but not all, people with shingles develop a blistering rash. You may also experience itching, burning, or deep pain. Typically, the shingles rash lasts two to four weeks, and most people make a complete recovery.

7 Stage 3

8 Most cases of shingles last 3 to 5 weeks
Most cases of shingles last 3 to 5 weeks. Shingles follows a pattern: The first sign is often burning or tingling pain sometimes, it includes numbness or itching on one side of the body. Somewhere between 1-5 days after the tingling or burning feeling on the skin, a red rash will appear

9 How to avoid shingles To prevent shingles, adults who are 60 years old and older should receive the shingles vaccine.
