6 The Roles: Suggested Organizational Roles and Responsibilities
Business Leader Provides oversight of the wellbeing program and ensures that program and business objectives are aligned Visible wellbeing advocate within the organization Typically, the Business Leader is part of senior leadership, and works closely with the Wellbeing Program Manager Program Manager Responsible for the direction and implementation of the wellbeing program Visible wellbeing advocate within the organization Oversees the Wellbeing Champion Team Wellbeing Champion Team Provides hands-on support and brings program to life Creates a culture and environment of health in the workplace Consists of employees interested in, and enthusiastic about, wellbeing at work For organizations with multiple sites, it’s recommended that each site has at least one Champion, and larger sites may have a team of 3-8 Note: You may modify these roles based on your organization and culture
