A, Optimal gantry angle correction with centerline of 23 mm. B, With loss of 10°, the proximal marker (red) moves distally so that it would not encroach on the left common carotid origin (as seen in a two-dimensional angiogram in this projection). In this view, the seal zone shortens to 20 mm. C, As the gantry angle loses another 10°, the red marker again moves distally shortening the seal zone to 16 mm.
