3 Venue Policies and Procedures
Venue management should review ALL venue and department policies and procedures on an annual basis to ensure that they are: Current Applicable Actionable

4 Evacuation, Partial Evacuation, Relocation and Shelter-in-Place Procedures
Ensure that all staff are very familiar with all procedures: ALL STAFF Full-time Part-time Event Third-party ALL PROCEDURES Evacuation Partial Evacuation Relocation Shelter-in-Place ALL SCENARIOS Non-event Event days

5 “See Something Say Something”
This applies to not only security issues, but safety issues i.e. hazardous conditions as well Any unusual situation should be reported Staff should know what to do and who to report issues to i.e. supervisor, Command Center etc. Safety and security is everyone's business and responsibility.

6 Training, Training and more Training
Full-time, part-time, event staff and third party contractors who work non-event and event days should receive training in the following areas: Venue familiarization Venue policies and procedures Guest services Emergency procedures Alcohol management There should be reoccurring training at least annually and prior to gate opening on an event day.
