STAAR Test

The 8th grade math STAAR test will be on April 9th, Students must pass their Math and English STAAR tests to be promoted to 9th grade. The students will have 3 attempts to pass the STAAR test before being retained.
The class website will be your go-to spot for important announcements, extra help resources, printable papers, and much more.
Communication
A Week at a Glance will be sent home by Monday afternoon each week to give details about the upcoming week. This will include any major grades and a lesson topic for each day during the week. Please check your s for this information. If you are not receiving these s, please contact the registrar to update your .
If at any time you have questions or concerns, please me or call the school and leave a phone message. You will receive a faster response with since we do not have phones in our classrooms.

Homework is an important opportunity for students to practice their math skills. Homework that is assigned will be of reasonable length and will be applicable to classroom lessons.

I will have tutorial on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday afternoons from 2:50 until 3:20
