2. Earth's Revolution 
The Earth Revolution causes the season to change( with the tilt).The Earths Elliptical path around is called a orbit. The process of the earth to complete its rotation would be days.
Revolution- the motion of earth traveling around the sun.
Rotation- the spinning of Earth on its axis causes day and night.
Axis – The Imaginary line drawn from the north geographic pole.

4. Solstices and Equinoxes
Solstice: When the Sun reaches the highest or lowest point in the sky; the longest and shortest days of the year The Winter Solstice is the shortest day of the year and it falls on the 21st of December. The Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year and it falls on the 21st of June. Equinox: When the Sun is directly over the Equator; the length of the days and nights are equal all over the world

5. Tides
Tides are caused by the gravitational attractions of the Earth, Moon, and Sun Spring Tide: The exponentially high and low tides that occur during a full moon or new moon Neap Tide: The tide that occurs when the difference between high and low tides are least; Neap Tides come twice a month

6. Moon phases 
Half of the moon is always lit up by the sun. We are able to see the parts of the moon because of how the moon orbits the earth.
The four major shapes of them moon are the new moon, first quarter, full moon, third quarter.
These four major stages repeat itself every 29.5 days.
