3. What does FTX Logistics do?
Provides a Service to the Army:
Delivers Military Capability on Operations.
Delivers Armour in peacetime.
Generates 3rd Party Revenue

4. Commercial driving via driving agencies in your local area.

Military Training – Affiliated to 19 Tank Transporter Squadron as a Sponsored Reservist (TA).
Delivering Heavy Equipment (armour) across the UK and Europe as an FTX employee.
Commercial driving via driving agencies in your local area.

5. What is a Sponsored Reservist?
Attested in the Reserve Forces, sponsored by FTX Logistics Ltd.
Monthly salary and variable pay earned is paid by FTX and subject to PAYE.
Training, Exercises and Deployments are part of your contract of employment.
Must maintain SR status to be employed by FTX

6. SR Commitment Gain and maintain your Sponsored Reservist status.
35 days military training p.a. – minimum.
Deploy on Major Exercises and Operations.
Application to become a reservist will take place during company induction.
Medical fitness is important if you have any ongoing medical complaint, were medically discharged from any Military service or are in receipt of a war pension then it is unlikely that your application would be successful. Check here

7. HET Admin Service FTX delivers Heavy Equipment (armour) across the UK.
Most work starts and ends either in Bulford or Catterick.
Time away from home (not tramping). Accommodation is provided.

8. Working for Third Parties
All FTX employees are salaried, paid monthly.
When you are not Training, Deployed or operating HET vehicles, you are assigned to Driving Agencies close to home
You will be registered with an FTX nominated agency and accept work assigned when you are available

9. Salary Package Basic Salary £29,393
Reservist Training Bounty £666 - £2,636
50% Premium on Major Exercises / Ops. Currently for Estonia 4 months > £6,000
Other additional payments:-
Germany 25% of basic
Weekends
Excess Hours
Total package range £29k - £41k

10. Other Benefits
Holidays – 28 Days inc Bank Holidays increasing to 33 Days after five years
Lift Assurance – inc. Personal Accident cover, RPAX FTX will reimburse you up to 8 units (80k) £30.42 per month
