6 Develop an ongoing community awareness campaign to foster collaboration, coordination, and public engagement with all stakeholders Create a comprehensive plan for systematic volunteer recruitment, placement, and training to increase numbers of children read to daily Increase parental education around literacy, awareness and access to resources including ongoing support in our top seven languages Work with the school system and community partners to provide books and other literacy opportunities to low-income preschoolers and their families
