13 DISTRIBUTIVE PROPERTY
The outside number is multiplied with each number or variable inside the parenthesis. Then combine like terms to simplify, if necessary.

14 EQUALITY PROPERTY Two equations that have the same answer (solution) are called equivalent equations e.g = 2 + 6

16 INVERSE PROPERTY Two operations that undo each other e.g. addition and subtraction or multiplication and division.

17 IDENTITY PROPERTY When zero is added to any number, the sum is the number, when one is multiplied by any number, the product is the number.
