2. Background Information
On December 2, 2015 Syed Rizwan Farook and Tashfeen Malik committed a terrorist attack in San Bernardo in the form of a mass shooting.
The two committed suicide after the attack.
The FBI wants access to information in the couple’s iPhone to determine if there are possible coconspirators or leads to other individuals involved in more terrorist activities.
The FBI has requested Apple create a way to crack into an iPhone without risking the destruction of information.
Apple has refused to comply with the FBI, citing the danger in creating a hack which would allow the government and other individuals access to personal information of all citizens.

3. The Situation Cracking the Code
iPhones use a six digit pass code, incorporating letters (lower and upper case), numbers and symbols.

4. A Possible Solution?
Congressman Darrell Issa has suggested that the iPhone be cloned to provide multiple opportunities to crack the code. How many clones would need to be made to ensure the code could be cracked?
