Confocal micrographs representing single section of NIH 3T3 cells transfected with wild-type PRH (WTPRH), PRH NLS mutant (PRHDNLS) and co-transfected with later constructs and wild-type eIF4E (WTPRH+eIF4E; PRHDNLS+eIF4E). Cells were triple stained for eIF4E (green), PRH (red), PML (blue) and nuclei were labeled with DAPI (shown in gray). The eIF4E-PML overlay is shown in marine blue, eIF4E-PRH overlay is shown in yellow, PRH-PML overlay is shown in pink and triple, eIF4E-PML-PRH overlay is shown in white.
