Yesterday we reviewed the basics about ACSM and introduced some common terms that we will be using for the rest of this week. Today we will talk mostly about M&E frameworks, which are simple models to help us organize our M&E thoughts. We will discuss what they are, why we use them, and how to create them. Remember that frameworks were an essential part of our M&E Plan Peacock!
