The Corsair Society How to Prepare - Technology Overview of Interview What We’re Looking for Two types of interviews: PM interview SWE interview Each interview will consist of a behavioral portion (~15 min) and a technical portion (~25 min). Coding experience desired, but not absolutely required Commitment Passion for solving problems using technology Desire to improve each and every day Communication skills How well do you talk through your approach to solving problems? Can you speak through potential pitfalls and discuss optimality of solutions? Practice Behavioral Focus on how you made decisions, assumptions you made, information gained, etc.
