What are three things you could have done better yesterday?
Identify one gift for each of the four personality color types.
What did you discover about your personality that you didn’t know before?

What is the difference between personality and character?Answer: Personality is a gift, set by approximately age 6. Character is who you are, built on the thousands of choices you make daily.
What is a gift for each of the four personality color types? Answer: Red = Decisive, Yellow = Talkative, Blue = Loyal, Green = Details

3. Find a partner with a similar dominant personality type

4. Discuss the following:
What did the survey determine that you do well? Was it accurate? Give an example.
What did the survey determine you don’t do as well? Was it accurate? Give an example.

5. Find a partner who does not have a similar dominant personality type
With their partner hand out the interview sheets- each person needs one. They need to move to the project space- or in the classroom and ask questions.
Advise students not to write anything down until their partner is finished answering the question.
Be mindful of the time- this could take longer than you think it does.

Who is someone you know like the person Reagan described above? How did they get people to do great things?
