Fig 2 Helical computed tomography that was digitally reconstructed shows a captured large thrombus (arrow) that arose from the lower extremity in patient 4. The Antheor system was implanted into the supra renal inferior vena cava, and we performed thrombolytic therapy to dissolve the thrombus, but it did not dissolve despite the treatment. This image was taken after the filter was replaced. The appearing filter is the second filter inserted from femoral vein.
