4 CHECKS AND BALANCES Double check system to review decisions
Minister/ Commissioner may request review if not satisfied with CSPB decision Healthy system to guide Boards Enable growth and learning from results of Review Board decisions

5 CHALLENGES Community members need to expand on their involvement in their communities Improvement of relationships between CSPBs, Area Commissioners and CMCs Quality of CMC submissions to the CSPBs
