The property is not eligible, however, if it retains some basic features conveying massing but has lost the majority of the features that once characterized its style (NPS Bulletin 15). The building at 2524 W Bridge is a 504 square foot house with a common vernacular construction type. The building has lost its original cladding and plan. It is unclear if the windows and doors have been removed due to the plywood boarding.
