32. Additional Services Report-Card – Development of your schools unique report-card is R1, 900 once-off. Data Conversion – Your existing school records can be converted into the School Assistant format for only R1, 400 once-off. This for an unlimited number of records from MS-Excel. The cost for all other formats will be quoted separately. 32

33. Additional Services, contd Onsite Support Services – We send someone to assist you with any software related problems you may be having. This is charged separately on an hourly basis. Onsite Training – An unlimited number of trainees may be trained on the software and charged a daily rate for it, where the school provides the facilities. 33
