Figure 15 Comparison of PTH levels to underlying bone histology in chronic hemodialysis patients. Intact PTH levels <150 pg/ml presented a 50% sensitivity, an 85% specificity, and an 83% positive predictive value for the diagnosis of low bone turnover (LT).
