ABA has its HQ in Washington, DC, and a satellite office in Lexington, KY. ABA has been at current location since 2011, in a purchased office condo. Currently has 17 full-time staff. Organized into 4 departments, contracted publisher. ABA’s current President & CEO has served since

3 About BISC Recreated in 2000, the Bus Industry Safety Council is comprised of over 400 industry leaders who review and discuss issues and innovations in areas of bus & motorcoach safety, regulatory compliance, technology, security, and human factors The BISC provides advice, insights and feedback to members, the industry, government agencies, and other interested parties on the status and availability of bus & motorcoach safety practices, products, and services

4 BISC Mission To continually raise the level of safety in the intercity bus and motorcoach industry through collaborative efforts of professionals in a workshop and educational environment.

7 BISC MEETINGS The Council will meet periodically via conference call and with two (2) in-person meetings annually. A Winter meeting at Marketplace and a rotating Summer meeting.
