Jacquet) IN2P2-CEA-INFN Objectives Elaboration upon the advantages and disadvantages of the existing legal forms. Definition of a set of criteria for the selection of the most suitable legal forms for GANIL including SPIRAL2 project. Finding an agreement on the adequate legal structure for GANIL including SPIRAL2 facility. Proposal of a new organisation scheme both at the decision structure and technical group levels. Financial aspects – WP4 (P. Vincent) Objectives Combination of both Intellectual and financial resources in order to reach the critical mass necessary for SPIRAL2 projects. Detailed determination of the amount of the contributions of the financial partners necessary to reach the Consortium Agreement (WP9) and MoU agreements for the SPIRAL2 instrumentation.
