Phase I:
Transfer data from old to new format complete
meaning: filling gaps / updating information that is readily available (e.g. SAC designation dates & legal reference, marine %)
Phase II:
Filling gaps / update information that is not readily available until 2015
primarily information in the “Ecological information” section
this deadline allows MS to use data collected for the 2013 Art 17 and Art 6 reporting exercises for completing this missing information.

Follow the agreed rules
no double entries for pressure inside (i) and outside (o), use both instead (b)
The data entries for the highest rank are limited to a maximum of five negative and five positive impacts.

10. Management plans
Entries for existence of management plan per site (SCI + SPA)
The data and resulting statistic do not properly reflect reality
=> SDF needs to be filled in correctly and kept up to date in order to
provide a sound basis for data analysis
