The handbook is a concise manual, intended to be a guideline book that provides specific information concerning EUPAN functioning.

The handbook is not intended to be a static document. It is crucial for its permanent usefulness that the Presidencies update the information when deemed necessary, in light of Network developments.

To make the EUPAN Handbook:
Actual – Useful – Effective
Not to make any big project, but to use the structure of WGs for steering.
Not to write a new Handbook, but to up-date the old one.
To use the online communication as much as possible.

March 26th: the Czech Pre-Draft approved by the Czech DG,
April 1st – 10th: consultations,
April 14th: dissemination through the EUPAN WGs (discussion via or in the WGs Meetings),
May 8th: comments back to the Czech Presidency,
May 20th: TROIKA Secretariat: discussion about the comments, finalisation of the Draft,
May 23rd – June 5th: next round of comments through the WGs (discussion via ),
June 16th: TROIKA DG approval,
June 17th – 18th: 52nd DG Meeting.
