3 Who may join & how? ANY 6th, 7th, or 8th grader Must be in good academic standing – “No pass, no play” Sign up with Mrs. Ferree Room 806 Must attend practice sessions Passes for morning practice

Be sure to sign in!! Learn the rules for the test Get the “insider info” on the best ways to improve your score Take practice tests Keep a folder of practice materials Rides must be on time for PM practices Relaxed and have fun!

15 Competitions Meets are on Saturdays
You may compete in multiple subjects Only compete against your grade level Allowed to come & compete for individual subjects if needed 2 Types-NEISD & TMSCA

Compete against the other NEISD middle schools No cost to Team Limited to 25 students per subject October 19th (Bush MS) November 16th (Garner MS) *February 1st District Meet (Lopez MS) * must qualify

17 Competitions TMSCA Meets
Compete against schools across South Texas Cost to Team- $3.50 per event, per student Paid by UIL Fund Raiser Account January 18th (Medina Valley MS) February 22rd (Eisenhower MS) March 1st (Bush MS) March 8th (Tejeda MS)
