Light derogation the Quality of light last 6-10 years after installation.
People can see better with LED Lighting, there for it is safer.
Not only can the customers save energy by switching to LED, they also save on maintenance cost. Which all adds up to $$$ saved.
METAL HALIDE
Consumes 440 Watts of energy.
Metal Halide last 1-2 years before they require service.
The quality of the light output starts to diminish almost immediately.
Hazardous to dispose of.

3. For this we will use a 4 l am lamp T8 office fixture.

Consumes 50 Watts for LED Panels and 60 Watts for LED Tubes

Often the same cost if not slightly cheaper than a retrofit.
Retrofits
These are used when the customer wants to save the existing fixtures, but still wants all the benefits of LED Lighting.
We can retrofit almost any light fixture.
