2. VISION AND AIMS: Rationale Timeline

VISION AND AIMS:
1. A League structure that rewards success and develops our clubs and players, umpires and officials.
2. A quality of hockey of the highest standard within each League. To that end the NHA League would service performance teams and players.
3. Promotion guaranteed for all Divisional Winners.
4. Joint Gender Management Committees.
Rationale
In the light of the reorganisation of the National League AND one of the recommendations from the EH Governance Consultations to review League Structures, Regulations and consistency of regulations, and where possible form joint gender Management Committees it was agreed, at the NHA Council meeting on June 12th , that a Working Party consisting of John Scrini (President) Chris Reece (Secretary) Annette Badger (Deputy President) Bev Deakin (Vice President) and Gawaine Hogg (Chairman Competitions Committee), would look at the current structure.
Timeline
The new league structure will be implemented for the start of the , in conjunction with the introduction of the National League Structure.
