Mandatory reporting for: Total installed capacity ≥ 75 MW Commissioned after 1/1/05 Phased in approach: 2017 (year 1): voluntary reporting 2018 (year 2): Mandatory for plants ≥ 200 MW 2019 (year 3): Mandatory for plants ≥ 100 MW 2020 (year 4): Mandatory for plants ≥ 75 MW Western Electricity Coordinating Council
