The developments of SFA and PFA will follow the specifications of CAST, where LAD and WFM (including the devices made in China) will follow the ESA specifications.

A report on each problem is needed to address in the above 5 aspects. LAD and WFM will follow the ESA regulations, but need to report to the payload chief designer.

12. Schedule control
A first-level CPM programme will be created by the mission manager office, and then CPM programme at a lower level.
Regular meeting every two weeks between the satellite manager office and the payload manager office, and video meeting every two weeks between the payload manager office and the leaders of the 4 instrument teams.
One dispatcher for each instrument group, the IHEP contact persons for LAD and WFM act as the dispatchers for these two teams in the regular meetings.
Annual meeting for the whole project to review the progress made in the past year, and to schedule the important events in the coming year.

13. Documents The IDS should be in English.
The overall design reports of LAD and WFM should have Chinese version, and the two contact persons are responsible for the translation of the two reports. (??)
For other issues, the CAS-ESA SMILE satellite and the China-Brasil Earth-Resource satellite can be taken as references.
Should the overall design report of the satellite also have an English version, as long as the confidential sections are eliminated?
