NOTE: You should understand that the citation format MUST be followed exactly. Capital letters, punctuation marks, and required information must be exact.

2. Bibliograpy Card
Form
Begin on top line, starting at the far left edge of the card. Do not skip spaces.
Indent every line except the first line.
There is no right margin; write to the end of each line.
In the lower left corner write the call number of all library books so that you can easily relocate them. Also write the library if needed.
For internet source write the URL
Number the card in upper right corner, beginning with the number “1” and circle; continue numbering consecutively.

Title of source.
Title of container, (could be 2 containers)
Other contributors,
Version,
Number,
Publisher,
Publication Date,
Location.
Note: Use CITATIONMACHINE.NET or EASYBIB.COM (Drop in all known information]

4. Collecting Notes

If a source is written by a well-known and/or highly reputable authority, you can lend authority to your own writing.
If the quote would lose its meaning or impact if paraphrased
If the research centers on a person or perhaps someone’s literary contributions, you might support a point quite effectively.

8. SLUG
Note Card
At the bottom of every note card you will write the corresponding bibliography card number (the circled # from the document card) and the page number(s) the information was located.
