What I’m looking for…
An image which shows good understanding and successful
use of the wax resist technique as well as Hundertwasser’s
influence on colour choices.

4. Watch a teacher demonstration on how to create a wax resist image based on your overlapping drawing. You will use this technique to decorate your coil pot and tile.

5. Wax Resist Take a sheet of tracing paper
Place the tracing paper over your overlapping drawing until you are happy with your selection.
Trace your selected area and transfer it onto a piece of cartridge paper.
Using wax crayon colour in your image.
Now paint over it using black ink and dabbing away any excess with a tissue.
