Liverpool Football Club- also called „The Reds" is one of the best clubs in the Premier League. It won the national title 18 times! Such a result was also reached only by Manchester United, one of its fiercest rivals. Liverpool received five Champions League Cups (again - the best result in the UK).  For fans, to be in Liverpool and not to visit Anfield is something unimaginable! You cannot miss the chance to see the venue, especially since it is planned to build a new stadium in Liverpool.

6. The Beatles
The second pride of Liverpool is unquestionably a rock band The Beatles. The legendary band was created right here. The club where the young Beatles began their career is called The Cavern and it still exists. It’s located at 10, Mathew Street. The Beatles are the ”best-selling” band in the history of music.

14. Culture
Moreover, music is related to the presence of Liverpool in the Guinness Book of Records. The city gained the title of „the capital of pop music" because it comes with the artists who have won the first places on the charts.
However, Liverpool is not just music. Many celebrities derive from this city, especially writers and poets. It was here where Clive Barker was born, one of the greatest contemporary writers of fantasy. It's hard to hit for such a period, when Liverpool events do not take place. The best known are: Liverpool Comedy Festival (beginning of May), Creamfields (August), Eating and Drinking Festival (September). In addition, virtually all the time a tourist can count on good concerts.
