3 Transport KCLSU will fund all BUCS transport outside of the M25
To claim reimbursements, a copy of the receipt and completed payment request form must be sent to within a month of the fixture KCLSU has accounts with 2 coach companies (more details on the next slide) who will accept bookings from captains/fixture secretaries only and the invoice will go straight to KCLSU for payment Booking of all fixture transport is your responsibility Including grounds outside M25 such as UCL where quickest public transport route involves going out to come back in

5 BUCS Individual Competition Entries
Full policy can be found on the KCLSU running a club page of the website Our policy allows us to cover up to £25 for transport costs per competitor and £50 for accommodation (an additional £25 per person may be requested if required for a 2nd night of accommodation). KCLSU pays entry fees for competitors up to £100 Details of requirements for each event should be on the BUCS Events Calendar and also on the page for that sport on the BUCS website - Do not contact BUCS directly with entries. all details for any competitor as per the entry information document to me at least 5 working days before

6 Non-BUCS Competition Entries
There is funding available from KCLSU for non-BUCS events although it is limited and will be assessed on a case by case basis. with full details of the event including costs and number of competitors you would like to enter Previously we’ve been able to cover a proportion of the entry fees with

7 Officials The booking of officials for all fixtures is your responsibility Different clubs will have different methods of doing it through various systems which the former captains should have passed on to you Different tiers of BUCS competitions have different requirements for officials which can be found in appendix 5 of the BUCS rules and regulations

8 BUCS Fixture Rearrangements
This form should be used when requesting all BUCS fixture rearrangements and sent to We will always try to accommodate changes for home fixtures wherever possible but the opposition must still agree to these changes For away fixtures, not all rearrangements will be possible but it’s often easier to rearrange if we have plenty of notice

9 Fixture Confirmations
Sent out every Thursday ahead of the following Wednesday’s fixtures Any issues with fixture times etc. should be sent to by 10am on Monday at the latest (ideally by Friday) To avoid kit clashes, we need to let oppositions know our colours. Generally, KCL teams play in Red and GKT teams in Blue/Yellow. If this isn’t the case for you, please with your kit colour by 12pm on 4th October Notes will accompany the document – pay attention to these as they will be unique to each sport

10 BUCS Regulations There are general regulations and sport specific regulations and there have been changes to some of these over the summer (mainly around the order of the regulations) BUCS regulations Key regulations for captains: Regs 6-10, Reg 12 and Reg 16 Affiliations Document Review sport specific changes as some sports have had adjustments over the summer – e.g. Rugby Union naming front row players Affiliations document

11 BUCS Team Sheets and Playing Under Protest
Every fixture should have 2 copies of the team sheets (one for each team) and a copy of a playing under protest form in case of need Both team sheets need to be completed fully before the start and then should be returned to the SU as soon as possible after the match Sports where scoresheets already have player names listed on them can be used instead of BUCS team sheets A blank team sheet and guide are available on BUCS website and is up to date with GDPR information Playing Under Protest Form has been updated this summer

13 LUSL – Openplay and Playwaze
Openplay for pitch bookings for all LUSL fixtures - New system for this year for all LUSL fixture management LUSL is being used as a pilot for BUCS to use Playwaze for all fixtures from September 2019 Captains should have log in details now System works in a similar way to previous years
