2 Corinthians 12:9 “My grace is sufficient for you, for my strength is made perfect in weakness.”

Suffering for the gospel assures us that we are following Jesus
1 Peter 2:21 “Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that you should follow in his steps.”
Suffering fulfills what is “lacking”
What in the world does that mean!?!?!

“administrator of spiritual treasures”

“to fulfill the Word of God”

“I say this lest anyone should deceive..”
Minister = diakonos
Stewardship = plan, purpose, ministry = oikos = house steward

1 Peter 1:3-4 “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled and that does not fade away, reserved in heaven for you…”

16. Gen 12:3 “I will bless those who bless you, and him who dishonors you I will curse, and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”
