4 Solids Have a definite shape Have a definite volume Molecules are packed tightly together Molecules cannot move freely

5 Liquids Have no fixed shape Have a definite volume
Molecules are packed loosely together Molecules can move a little

6 Gases Have no definite shape Have no definite volume
Molecules are far apart Molecules move freely

7 Changes of State Liquid Solid Gas melting evaporating freezing
condensing
