Agreed to “Refuse” these comments but with a promise to consider them fully in SB. Commenter was contacted to explain. 8 remaining ‘No’ Voters On Sept 6, the “Sponsor Ballot Presentation” was uploaded (11/1005r4) Sept 8, Bruce announced that aa has met the conditions required to proceed to Sponsor Ballot Sponsor Ballot package prepared and started on September 9th for 30 days.
