4. What stays the same?
District Commitments: GVC, MTSS, and Personalized Learning
Focus Areas (Minor wording change in Focus 3)
Vast majority of the language in the commitment statements
Goals 1b, 1c, 3b, 3c,
Goals 1d, 2a, 2b, 2c, and 4b have similar focus with some revision
Overall intent of the plan: Achieve our district mission and vision and foster a culture of continuous improvement

5. What’s new?
Title: Strategic Plan-Was “Shared Beliefs, Commitments, and Goals
A few layout changes-Major commitments moved to the bottom right with the shape indicating a more interconnected relationship between GVC, MTSS, and Personalized Learning. Our “Why’s” of personalized learning: Equity, Engagement, Empowerment have been added.
Addition of the words, caring, developing leadership capacity, strategies, positive and revision of the To Do This We Will... statements in Focus 3
