1. Guidelines for Poster
Your poster dimensions are maximum: 4 ft X 4 ft or 122 cm X 122 cm.
You will be able to mount your poster on Thursday evening, December 15.  The official poster sessions will occur in the afternoons of Friday and Saturday, December 16 and 17 (detailed time schedule will be in the program).  Please have your posters taken down by noon on Sunday.
Push pins will be available for your use.
