Controlling only for insurance mandate status and weighting by the appropriate denominator, the effect of comprehensive mandates is statistically significant for cycles per capita (a) (P<.0001), births per cycle (b) (P<.0001), singleton births per cycle (c) (P=.007), and multiple births per ART birth (d) (P<.0001).
