2 How to study with lists Choose three symbols to use for three different levels of study preparation: (A, B, C), (1, 2, 3), (I, II, III), (blank, ,  ) Etc… Do an initial inventory marking each item with 1st, 2nd or 3rd symbol. 1st – don’t recognize it, no idea 2nd – don’t remember it, but looks familiar and I know where to find more info 3rd – Got it. Could explain it to a friend. Ready for the test. When studying, work toward moving each 1st and 2nd stage to the 3rd stage This method helps you stay focused, using your time wisely, instead of reviewing material you already know well.
