Fig 1 (A) Overall survival for the entire cohort of patients (n = 185) undergoing three-field lymph node dissection. Overall survival at 5 years was 39.9%. (B) Overall survival for patients with (red line) positive cervical and recurrent laryngeal (CRL) nodes (n = 46) and without (green line) positive CRL nodes (n = 139) was 24.9% and 44.8%, respectively, at 5 years.
