The Permission Lite UI is a filter to show existing assignments
You can unassign permissions in report
You can assign new permissions
“Role permissions” apply to all subjects in the role
Permissions can also be assigned directly to a user in the context of a role 5 5

Find a user in the ‘entity’ combobox
