1. How To “Capture” An Image
Step 1. “Capture” whatever you see on your screen as an image by tapping the “Print Screen” key once.
Step 2. Open the “Paint” application.
Then, paste that captured image.
Edit => Paste
Step 3. You will see the “captured” screen appear in “Paint” as one large selection.
Step 4. Click on the Select button.
This allows you to select what you want.
Step 5. Select by “dragging” your mouse. Then, move your cursor inside of the selected rectangle. Right-click and copy.
Step 6. Great! Open Powerpoint or Word.
Right-click and paste your selection!
