Problem description
AP could serve STAs connecting to different SSPNs, so different QoS Map information for different SSPNs should be maintained by AP, and STAs which connect to different SSPNs should be able to get different QoS Map information from AP.
When AP has any change in the QoS Map information, it may send the broadcast QoS Map Configure frame with the new QoS Map information to the STAs.
However some STAs with corresponding QoS Map information unchanged in AP may also receive the broadcast QoS Map Configure frame. What should they do?

AP should do:
When the STA sends a QoS Map Request frame to request the QoS Map information, AP should reply with a QoS Map Configure frame with the corresponding QoS Map Set, and the QoS Map Set should contain a Map ID. The Map ID is used to identify the current QoS Map Set.
When AP has any change in the QoS Map information, it should send the QoS Map Configure frame with the new QoS Map Set, and the QoS Map Set should contain a Map ID. The Map ID is used to identify the new QoS Map Set.

When the STA receives the QoS Map Configure frame, and the frame is used to inform the STA the change in the QoS Map information, it should parse the Map ID in the QoS Map Set. If the value of the Map ID is equal to the Map ID that the STA saved, the STA should update its QoS Map Set with the new QoS Map Set, or else do nothing.
