1. Special Weight Belt
PICTURE It wasn’t easy walking upside down, you had to have a weight belt fitted to prevent you from falling over. The other strange thing was everyone’s face was quite red because all the blood ran into their heads!

5. PICTURE (ONLY SHOW EYES AND MOUTH) One day a man entered the town someone who they hadn’t seen before. He was different - his eyes had a sparkle, the sort of eyes that could look right into you. You felt this connection - a genuine connection. His voice was strong and commanding, yet gentle and when he spoke people stopped.

But these weren’t the strangest things about him. Everyone stopped when he walked by because he was walking the wrong way up, worse still he didn’t have a belt! PICTURE

7. PICTURE It’s not natural some murmured. Everyone walks the way we walk!
No said the man, this is the right way up.
He’s crazy; he hasn’t got enough blood in his head!
Yet some would watch him walk by and they would stop and listen to him. Some even tried to copy the walk themselves but they fell awkwardly.
‘I told you,’ the crowd would say, ‘you can’t walk like that it’s not natural!’

8. PICTURE Then the man who walked upside down said
PICTURE Then the man who walked upside down said. ‘I see what the trouble is.’ ‘Those belts are too heavy and they stop you walking normally, you think they are normal and balanced but they actually unbalance you.
If you give it to me you will be free. You will be able to walk like me….
If you want to…..’
The people said, “Ooh I don’t know… this belt is all I know. It keeps me intact! what if his idea doesn’t work?”
Others muttered, “Everyone has weight belt, it’s normal to have a weight belt.”

10. PICTURE One young boy stepped forward ‘I will do it, it looks like fun, I want to I trust you.’
The man released the weight and immediately the boy was standing the other way around.
People were astonished as they watched the boy walk upside down. ‘Wow this is cool! I can walk much quicker!’ he exclaimed.
‘Hey you look different!’, they said. ‘That’s because the blood hasn’t run to his head!’ said others.

12. PICTURE Then a girl approached the man can you help me walk the right way up? Once again the man took the weight belt away.
A hush fell over the crowd as they waited for the girl’s reaction to being upside down.
‘Hey this is the best!’ the girl announced. And she proceeded to skip down the street.
More people started to move forward. ‘Help me, help me.’
And started to change the way they walked, ‘Hey things look much better this way.’
‘That’s right - you were supposed to live this way,’ he said.

14. PICTURE and sure enough they started to walk upside down, I mean right way up. When he spoke to them he assured them he could help them, they could copy them.
Soon there were over 100 people walking the right way up then 1000, 2000, 3,000 and more!

15. And they began to turn the world upside down. PICTURE
Or perhaps I should say - the right way up.
