and the development and maintenance of sufficient numbers of professionals
who have
adequate competency
to comply with
PUBLIC health, safety and international competency requirements

The proposed Bill does not address the issues affecting the pipeline components in an integrated way
The only way to contribute to accelerating the transfer of skills, and transformation would be to enhance engagement with the related Government and Statutory structures and support the Voluntary Associations which are at grass roots levels
