Because the source of the data are people on agile lists there is a fair bit of bias towards agile. Therefore you wouldn’t want to consider any of the data to represent adoption rates of agile techniques.

Chart shows % of organizations applying agile for the given project types. Many orgs are still in the process of applying agile in the given situation, so cannot yet judge if the effort was successful or not.
