5 TODAY YOU WILL… Reflect daily on your own character and identify ways you could improve it. Know that influence is a skill that can be learned. Understand that influence is built on service and sacrifice. Understand the two definitions of the Law of the Harvest. Understand that service and sacrifice is not a transaction (automatic) but, rather, something that can happen over time with persistence, consistency, and commitment. Identify the Law of the Harvest in action.

10 Why is the word WANT so important here?
This LEADERSHIP LAW CONNECTS TO INFLUENCE AND SERVe & SACRIFICE BECAUSE…. It describes that the more you help others the more likely they will ‘want’ to help you in return. The ‘want’ describes influence When you help someone it is not a guarantee that they will be nice to you BUT the law explains that the more you help others over time, the more likely they are to want to help you or be more kind to you in return. Why is the word WANT so important here?
